Hung Up es el primer sencillo del décimo séptimo álbum titulado Confessions on a Dance Floor de la cantante pop Madonna. Fue escrita por Madonna y Stuart Price.
Fue lanzado en Octubre del 2005, alcanzó el primer lugar en las listas de 41 paises, entre ellos Australia, Canadá, Francia y el Reino Unido. Alcanzó la posición 7 en el Billboard Hot 100, la más alta que ha alcanzado desde su canción Don’t Tell Me en el 2000. Se convirtió en el hit más grande del año 2005.
El video se filmó entre el 7 y 9 de Octubre principalmente en la ciudad de Londres, algunas escenas se filmaron en Los Ángeles, California. Se estrenó a nivel mundial a principios Noviembre.
