Why Not es el sencillo con el que debuta la cantante de pop Hilary Duff, lanzado el 23 de junio de 2003, realizado para promocionar de la pelicula The Lizzie McGuire Movie.
En enero del 2004 se relanza el sencillo en el Reino Unido, junto con Come Clean del álbum Metamorphosis de Hilary Duff. Esta canción viene como extra en la versión DVD de su álbum Dignity. El video muestra a Hilary Duff cantando en la azotea de un edificio, y contiene escenas de la pelicula de Lizzie McGuire.
Alcanzó el lugar número 5 en el programa MTV Total Request Live durante 25 días y los primeros 20 lugares en las listas de países como Australia, Nueva Zelanda, Canadá, Reino Unido y los Países Bajos.
